LONDON -- The English Football Association has charged Crystal Palace manager Ian Holloway with misconduct after confronting the match officials following the teams Premier League opener against Tottenham. Holloway was unhappy that a penalty was awarded against his newly-promoted side, allowing Roberto Soldado to give Tottenham a 1-0 win from the spot.
