Here are some things to watch in Week 12 of the Southeastern Conference football season:GAME OF THE WEEK: No. 21 Florida at No. 16 LSU: These two teams finally are meeting six weeks later than expected and at a different site than anticipated. The threat of Hurricane Matthew delayed the scheduled Oct. 8 Florida-LSU matchup in Gainesville. After the teams debated on how theyd make this game up, the matchup was rescheduled for this Saturday in Baton Rouge. Florida can clinch its second straight SEC East title with a victory, but the Gators head into this game as 13 +-point underdogs. This game features two of the nations strongest defenses. Florida is ranked second nationally in pass efficiency defense and fifth in scoring defense. LSU is seventh in scoring defense. Both starting quarterbacks -- LSUs Danny Etling and Floridas Austin Appleby -- are Purdue transfers.MATCHUP OF THE WEEK: Missouri WR JMon Moore vs. Tennessee CB Cam Sutton: Were going on the assumption that these two players will be lining up against each other for at least part of Saturdays game. Moore has 47 catches for 743 yards and eight touchdowns, and he ranks third in the SEC in yards receiving per game. Hes coming off a two-touchdown performance against Vanderbilt. Sutton, a team captain and four-year starter, returned last week from a fractured right ankle that sidelined him for six games and broke Tennessees record for career passes defended.NUMBERS GAME: Alabama has been ranked No. 1 in 33.8 percent of the 133 games coached by Saban. ... LSU has beaten Florida each of the last three years. That represents LSUs longest winning streak in this series since the Tigers beat the Gators four straight times from 1977-80. ... Austin Peay, the Football Championship Subdivision team facing Kentucky this week, has lost 26 consecutive games and 44 of its last 45. Austin Peays only win since the start of the 2013 season was a 20-13 victory over Murray State on Oct. 18, 2014. ... Tennessees Derek Barnett has recorded 10 sacks each of the last three seasons. His 30 career sacks are two shy of Reggie Whites school record.UPSET WATCH: Vanderbilt is a 10-point underdog at home against Ole Miss. The Commodores have struggled this season, but have kept most of their games close. They also have a very good defense that will face Ole Miss quarterback Shea Patterson, who is making just his second career start. ... Florida is a 13+-point underdog at LSU despite the fact the Gators are playing for the SECs Eastern Division title.IMPACT PERFORMER: Patterson: The Ole Miss quarterback was stellar in his first career start, leading the Rebels to a come-from-behind win against Texas A&M on Saturday. Patterson threw for 338 yards, two touchdowns and one interception and also ran for 64 yards. Gimenez paced around the home plate area as Butler slowly rounded the bases.I kind of took offense to the whole situation, Gimenez said. I felt like there was a little bit of showmanship right there. I was definitely not thrilled that he turned around and screamed in my face. I let him know I would be waiting for him when he got back.Umpire Trip Gibson stood beside Gimenez during Butlers trip around the bases and then issued warnings to both dugouts.I imagine he wasnt too happy with me just like I was still not happy with him, Butler said.
