Mercedes boss Toto Wolff believes Ferrari has dedicated a lot of its resource this year to an assault on the title in 2017.Ferraris challenge to Mercedes has faded as the season has progressed, but with big regulation changes looming this winter each team has had to decide how to divide resources between 2016 and 2017. Wolff thinks Ferrari may have toned down its development of its current car to use its wind tunnel time and CFD capacity to develop next years challenger. No, I dont think you can write Ferrari off, they have clearly had a tough time most recently, Wolff said when asked if he thought Mercedes and Red Bull would be the teams to beat in 2017. I think they [Ferrari] switched off [2016 development] very early to focus on 2017.Never underestimate a team with so much resources and so much passion.Wolff said it is important for Formula One to have close competition at the front of the grid after he expectedmore of a challenge from Ferrari this year.We need to be fair sportsmen and Formula One lives because of the great battles between drivers and teams. Ferrari is a great brand with capable people and it would have been good fun to fight it out on track. For whatever reason they have not been able in the most recent races to reach the levels they expected to perform and we expect to perform, but I cant really look into it in detail and I dont know the reasons. For me, a battle with Ferrari would be great for F1 and, even if this sounds a little bit absurd, I was really looking forward to it and I hope they find their strength again and we fight it out on track. This just might be the week he delivers. The Jaguars take on a Raiders defense that has allowed fewer than 20 fantasy points per game to gunslingers. If hes on your roster, be sure he is active.?(Others = Philip Rivers @ Atlanta, Matthew Stafford vs. Washington)WR = Allen Robinson vs. OaklandSince Bortles has a great match up, Robinson is a lock this week as well. The Raiders have one of the worst passing defenses-- ranked 31st in yards allowed per game to wideouts. Oakland has given up the second-most fantasy points to wide receivers this season.(Others = T.Y. Hilton @ Tennessee, Mike Evans @ San Francisco, Brandin Cooks @ Kansas City)RB = DeMarco Murray vs. IndianapolisMurray, who is the third best fantasy running back in the league this season, has a great match on Sunday. Indy has allowed the second-most fantasy points per game to ball carriers. The Colts rank 25th in rushing defense and 29th in receiving yards allowed per game to running backs.(Others = Melvin Gordon @ Atlanta, C.J. Anderson vs. Houston, Spencer Ware vs. New Orleans)TE = Travis Kelce vs. New OrleansKelce has been a target monster this season. Week 6 was dissenting, but expect him to get back on track Sunday against the Saints. New Orleans has allowed less than 90 yards per game to tight ends as of late.(Others = Dennis Pitta @ New York Jets)FLOPS:QB = Carson Palmer vs. SeattlePalmer couldnt put up great numbers against a sugar Jets secondary last week, and I have a concern he will struggle against the Seahawks in Week 7. Seattle has given up the fifth fewest fantasy points to quarterbacks this season.WR = Jordan Matthews vs. MinnesotaMatthews is dealing with a knee issue, and he faces a ttough Vikings defense that has given up the second fewest fantasy points to wide receivers this season.ddddddddddddRB = Rashad Jennings @ Los AngelesJennings plays across the pond on Sunday morning against the Rams. The Giants have struggled to run the football, and I dont believe this is the game they get it back on track.TE = Gary Barnidge @ CincinnatiThe Bengals are pretty stingy with tight ends this season, giving up the sixth-fewest yards per game. Barnidge is not getting targeted like he was last season, so he falls out of my top 12.SLEEPERSQB = Kirk Cousins @ DetroitThis is a tremendous week for Cousins, who will be facing a Lions defense that is the absolute worst against opposing gunslingers. Detroit has given up the most fantasy points to quarterbacks this season.(Honorable mentions = Alex Smith vs. New Orleans, Tyrod Taylor @ Miami)WR = Pierre Garcon @ DetroitJordan Reed was out with a concussion last week and will be out again this week. The result was Garcon getting 11 targets last week, and expect the same from him in week 7. Detroit sports the 23rd-ranked secondary in the NFL, and has given up the 10th most fantasy points to wide receivers this season.(Honorable mentions = Golden Tate vs. Washington, Tyrell Wiliams @ Atlanta, Allen Hurns vs. Oakland, Robert Woods @ Miami)RB = Jacquizz Rodgers @ San FranciscoRodgers touched the rock 35 times in Week 5, had a bye in Week 6, and will be back in action this Sunday against a bad 49ers run defense. San Francisco has given up the fifth most fantasy points to running backs this season.(Honorable mention = MIke Gillislee @ Miami, Giovani Bernard vs. Cleveland, James White @ Pittsburgh)TE = Cameron Brate @ San FranciscoBrate has 18 total targets in the past two Bucs games, and hes slowly becoming a favorite target for Jameis Winston. San Fran has allowed tight ends to put up good numbers in yardage and touchdowns this season. Brate is in my top 12 for Sunday afternoon.(Honorable mention = Hunter Henry @ Atlanta, Vernon Davis @ Detroit)Good luck in Week 7! ' ' '
